Bit by bit the functionality trickles in. The reputation system is up and running in its first stage. This is how it works:

When you go to view a flock, you'll have a chance to rate it (assuming you have signed up as a member). Your rating of this flock directly reflects upon the reputation of the organizer. The reputations are calculated nightly. Rate the flock according to whether you plan to attend, whether you think it's a good idea, etc. If you attended, rate it based on how well it went. Remember, everyone starts with a reputation of 70, which is factored in to the final rating.
